About This Role:



Manages the daily work of fire safety contract employees across all campus locations. Makes determinations of work and related repairs of the Life Safety System at KSU as observed by contract employees.

What You'll Need to Succeed:



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Requires a bachelor's degree. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Firehouse Software, familiar with Life Safety Systems, National Fire Protection Agency, International Fire Code, International Building Code, and skills in handling emergency calls and response.
  • Must be efficient in billing and invoicing and comfortable maintaining office workflow.


Other Requirements:



  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range:



$19.90 - $30.23 hourly ($41,388 - $62,882)
