Your Role With Us:As a Workflow Coordinator within the Contracts & Value Analysis team, your primary responsibilities encompass three key areas: Department Project Support, Department Administrative Support, and Business Support. This role requires proactive coordination, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure the smooth flow of projects and administrative tasks.Department Project Support:Coordinate projects under leadership guidance, monitoring scope, schedule, and goals.Interact with managers and directors to assess situations and follow up appropriately.Utilize creative thinking and research skills to aid decision-making processes.Develop and maintain infrastructure supporting department goals.Collaborate with multi-functional teams to achieve project objectives.Department Administrative Support:Execute administrative tasks including memos, reports, filing, and telephone coordination.Facilitate meetings, manage supplies, and assist with onboarding.Handle purchasing assistance and maintain records according to Kaizen Lean principles.Business Support:Process Purchase Orders, invoices, and track completion of contracts.Assist with contract renewals, amendments, and document management.Support department education and training, coaching new employees.Lead strategy development and implementation of revised processes.Coordinate procurement activities up to vendor selection phase.Total Rewards Offerings: Salem Health's comprehensive benefits package prioritizes your mental and physical health, financial stability, family obligations and professional growth.Relocation assistance available for qualified positionsFull comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plansBasic and voluntary life insuranceShort and long-term disabilityLive Well Wellness ProgramEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(K) retirement plan with employer contributions.Generous paid time off (PTO) accrual and holiday pay Onsite fitness center with 24/7 badge accessEducation assistance programPublic service loan forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer https://studentaid.gov/Food and drink discounts in the cafeteria.Impressive discounts offered by Nike, Adidas, Carhartt and others.Background/Expertise:High School Diploma or Equivalent required.Three (3) years demonstrated successful experience in roles requiring project coordination and business and/or administrative support required.One (1) year experience in Contracting/Procurement Office highly desired.Project Management Certification preferred.One (1) year healthcare experience preferred.Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics is an equal opportunity employer.
