The School of Law The school offers seven clinics including clinics focused on appellate advocacy, environmental law, criminal law, intellectual property, and veteran's issues. Students can also get involved in more than 30 student organizations, and three legal journals: the Wake Forest Law Review, the Journal of Business & Intellectual Property Law, and the Journal of Law and Policy. The law school also offers a semester in Washington, D.C., as well as a summer study abroad program in Venice. Since 2017, Wake Forest Law has housed the North Carolina Business Court, joining only a select number of law schools in the nation that contain a working court. The court provides an excellent forum for students to see an actual working court in action as the majority of the hearings are open to the public.
