GENERAL SUMMARY
The Lean/Continuous Improvement Manager plays a crucial role in optimizing processes within the organization and is the primary resource for supporting the Sartell plant in its Lean Transformation. This position delivers practical training to leaders on Lean principles and practices to eliminate waste in administrative, manufacturing, and support functions. This role ensures the development of robust Lean practices that enable a PDCA culture and a progression of the Lean journey. The Lean/Continuous Improvement Manager leads Kaizen events and trains others to do so. This role also provides high-level technical and operational recommendations and utilizes structured problem-solving methodologies to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost KPIs. The Lean/Continuous Improvement Manager acts as the catalyst for continuous improvement. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

WORKING CONDITIONS Normal manufacturing and office environment. When working occasionally in some shop areas, personal protection equipment (PPE) will be recommended and/or required (safety shoes, safety glasses w/side shields, hearing protection, face shield, gloves, apron and boots). Must have the ability to support extended business hours to meet customer business needs.
