Job Objective: This position is responsible for picking-up, sorting, and stocking donations. Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Experience: Retail experience is preferred; delivery driver experience preferred Certifications/Licenses: Class E driver's license issued by state of residence Skills/Abilities:
Supervisory Responsibility: None Physical Requirements: Include, speaking, hearing and vision; excellent manual dexterity; lifting, pulling and pushing of materials up to 30 pounds; bending, squatting and walking; standing up to 8 hours per day. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job. Travel: None Driving: Yes. Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence. Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business. Must secure and maintain DOT driver certification. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a typical retail store environment.
