Description The System Test Design Lead (TDL) champions product calibration and test strategy while balancing tradeoffs between quality / customer experience and operational requirements (assembly/test processes and costs). The TDL integrates with various teams across design, software, and operations on new product definition to enable product characterization and provide optimal test solutions for manufacturing. We are looking for leaders that are able to proactively lead convergence & maturity of the product calibration & test line through all system builds phases; see around corners, identify potential risks, and develop product protection solutions / risk assessments where needed. Education & Experience Bachelor Degree in Engineering, EE/CE degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits
