Administrative Supervisor

Job Summary: This position may be located in any divisional unit of Integral Care under the supervision of a designated member of the Management Team. The primary purpose of the position is to perform a combination of complex administrative and technical program work in support of the unit's daily business practice operations and/or Center-wide operations.
Assignments involve difficult and responsible work in office, business, and/or fiscal operations with moderate to
extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

This position oversees and supervises the work performance of one or more staff, oversee and ensure consumer
financials, third party authorizations and payment collections are completed timely and accurately for assigned units,
and oversees and/or provides back up for facility and equipment maintenance and payroll distribution. At this level, this
position is routinely involved with highly sensitive and confidential personnel and program information, provides
technical and administrative program guidance to subordinate unit staff and management, and performs administrative
quality control for all correspondence, reports, finance and personnel-related documentation submitted by clinic units.

Regular, predictable
attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position.
Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in a field related to the program area is preferred.

License:

Required:


  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Preferred:

  • Bilingual preferred.
  • At least five years of medical business office, hospital, or behavioral health center experience preferred.
  • One year of specialized experience in the technical program area preferred.
  • Two years of supervisory experience.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday-Friday.

Workhours: 8:00AM-5:00PM.

Salary: $23.47 an hour.
